Do I have to sign up to place videos on MyColoradoGateway?
Yes. Since videos are attached to your profile, you must sign up as a member to upload videos. Becoming a member allows you greater exposure for your business, among many other features. Be sure to check your vodeo oe audio files for copyright infringement (CLICK HERE)?

How do I make a video?
You'll need to have a device that can capture digital movies—this could be a camcorder or digital camera! You can make your movies on your computer with software like iMovie, FinalCut Express, FinalCut Pro or others. If you wish TouchTower production company can make a video for you. How long do my videos stay on TouchTower?
Videos stay on TouchTower until the members who uploaded them choose to take them down or change them. Videos which violate the terms of use and have been flagged may be taken down by TouchTower.

How long can my video be?
Most videos on TouchTower are under 3 to 5 minutes long. There is no specific length limit, but longer videos require more compression to fit in the 75MB size limit, and the quality will go down as the length of the video goes up.

What video file formats can I upload?
TouchTower accepts video files from most digital cameras and camcorders in the .MOV, MPEG4 , H.264 and .MPG file formats.

What's the best format to upload for high quality?
We recommend the MPEG4 format save as a QuickTime Movie (hinted for streaming video) at 320x240 resolution with MP3 audio. Resizing your video to these specifications before uploading will help your clips look better on TouchTower. Video submited in other formats may be subject to an additional charge. How long will my video take to upload?
Depending on your connection speed and the size of the video, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to several hours to upload a video. Generally, if you have a high-speed internet connection you can expect the upload to take somewhere between 1-5mins for every 1MB. However, the experience is different for every user because of the variation in connection speeds.

Is there a limit to how much I can upload?
Currently, the only limit is 70MB and 3 to 5 minutes in length per video. We have a limit of onevideo for each business. So get busy and upload your video today! It's more content for the whole TouchTower community to enjoy and watch your business grow!

Where to submit your files?
You can contact us and send us your logo attachments and/or video/audio files to info@touchtower.com or you can upload your files with FTP software to ftp://www.touchtower.com. Users name: touchtower.....Password: guest. Please put all files in a folder titled with your business name.
